1. What if the goods I receive are damaged?
If you ever receive the item(s) in a damaged condition, please kindly contact us for an exchange. We will be responsible for all costs involved.
2. Are your products authentic?
All our products are 100% authentic and kept "fresh" by maintaining low inventory. Our sources of import are from reputable agents / distributors in the industry and we only believe in selling what we would buy as a consumer. If you still have any doubt after you receive the product(s), refund is applicable subjected to a $10 deduction (to defray logistics cost) off your initial payment and product must be in the original packaging.
3. Do you have a returns policy?
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the day you received your purchase for whatever reasons above, with all packaging intact.
4. Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Products must be in the original packaging that you have received it.
5. What if I want to make an exchange?
A $5 payment would be chargeable for any exchange of product(s). Please take note that you would need to return the product(s) at your own expense and product must be in the original packaging.
6. Anything else I should know before requesting for a return/refund?
If you are requesting for a refund, we will deduct $10 (to defray logistics cost) off from the initial payment if the cause of refund is not a product fault. We will not accept return/refund once the packaging is open.
